Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
All tags must be attached
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted

Headbands are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100 AUD.
Free express shipping is available on all orders over $200 AUD.
Eligible orders will automatically be provided with a free shipping option at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on order weight and selected shipping method.
