Returns Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

• All tags must be attached

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted

 

Non-Refundable Items

• Headbands are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons

 

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

• Original shipping fees are non refundable

 

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100 AUD.

• Free express shipping is available on all orders over $200 AUD.​

 

Eligible orders will automatically be provided with a free shipping option at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on order weight and selected shipping method.
